6 week online core rehab/safe return to exercise program
This 6 week online program is designed to strengthen your core and pelvic floor post baby. We will cover simple breathing exercises to help strengthen the core and pelvic floor, and begin to sync the core unit again.
As the course progresses so will the exercises. Basic movement patterns will be introduced and postural exercises will be included to strengthen the whole body.
The course is designed to improve Diastasis recti, strengthen the pelvic floor and core, improve posture and reduce back pain. By completing this course you are sensibly returning back to exercise with a stronger more functional core unit.
1-1 progress calls will also be included to support nutrition goals and extra c-section support will be included here.
