Quick mum workouts: Focused on increased strength and fitness and promote fat loss, 10- 12 weeks, 3x workouts a week lasting 20-30 minutes.
20-30 minute workouts that can be done at home or in the gym. Mums will receive a bank of workouts that they can choose from. Great follow on from the 12-week healing the core program. Can be bought and downloaded from the website.
