Suitable for all trimesters. Sessions will be live twice a week online and all recorded for catch up if you cannot make the live.
They will be focussed on a full body workout with core and abs being included every session.
You can work at your own pace, modifications for different fitness levels are provided during each session.
GP all clear needs to be given beforehand and a pre screening form completed.
